Help I self injured and now I don[t know what to do?
i was a self injurier many years ago, but out of the blue (welll not out of the blue, life is really tough for me right now) anyways. I sprayed oven cleaner on my leg, let it sit there for 15 min then i had twash it off, i couldn't stand the pain any longer. it doesn't lok real bad, i have spots that turned brown after i rinsed off the oven cleaner. I am asking for your help me figure out what i shoud do next. I will not go to the ER, no way, too many bad memories there. I already beat myself up over this, I DONT NEED ANYONE KICKING ME WHILE i AM DOWN. hAS ANYONE EER done this to themself, if so, what happened. What helped, what didn't. time is very importain here, i took a few too many sleeping pills and wont be awake much longer. What will hapen to my leg. please help quik
